DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during holiday seasons. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Total will be rounded up to nearest pound for shipping.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors.
SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Darkspire Coffee ships to addresses within the U.S. and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Please be as descriptive as possible about APO to ensure the item is delivered to the correct person.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Darkspire Coffee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Darkspire Coffee is not liable for any products that are lost or damaged during shipping. If your order was damaged during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing your claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Darkspire Coffee currently does not ship outside the United States. We may ship internationally in the future.
